The grinding chamber is completely open able for easy cleaning,
maintenance and change of configuration of the grinding elements.
Opening is very simple and made through hand operated hydraulic
circuit. The grinding chamber is divided in sectors (5 in the basic
configuration) which are completely independent, replaceable and
interchangeable. Each sector of the grinding chamber is fitted with
2 circuits (cooling and heating) modular and completely independent
from those of the bordering sectors for quick replacement and maintenance.
