Works in a completely enclosed system with
a multi impeller disperser, up to 10,000lts, with rotating
scraper under vacuum, under pressure, with or without cooling
/ heating jacket, floor or mezzanine mounted.
Hydrovide is a high speed disperser, fitted with several
impellers mounted on the revolving shaft at the most suitable
distance. Each impeller, which ratio with the tank diameter
is normally not smaller than 1.3 forms a vortex and processes
a part of the dispersion, so that complete batch circulation
is ensured.
The impellers are of flexible design, increasing vortex and
giving at the same time maximum pumping rate and high shear.
Dust scraper with flexible overlapping blades, follows continuously
sides and bottom of the tank. Scraper avoids formations of
dead zones and ensures uniform high quality dispersion.
Hydrovide can be driven by frequency inverter, hydraulically
or with a two-speed motor.
The range of Hydrovide start from the pilot scale model up
to 10,000 lts working capacity.
